A DRINK driver who was more than two times over the limit has been banned.
Marie Holland, of Conway Road, Hindley Green had 83 micrograms of breath in 100 millilitres of alcohol when she was breathalysed on Atherton Road on June 29.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
The 54-year-old, who pleaded guilty, was disqualified for 20 months which may be reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course.
She has also been fined £265, ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85.
Holland was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court yesterday, Wednesday.
