Man arrested on suspicion of motoring offences and possession of weapon and controlled substance
A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of motoring offences and possession of an offensive weapon and a controlled substance.
Police made an arrest at 12.10pm on Friday, August 16 on Archer Street, Leigh.
He was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle with no insurance; driving with no driving license; possession of an offensive weapon and of a controlled substance.
He has since been released under investigation while officers complete their enquiries, police have said.
