FREE yoga taster sessions will be available at Spinning Gate Shopping Centre again this afternoon, Tuesday.
The fusion yoga sessions will take place in the summer circus area outside Costa between 3pm and 4pm with everyone welcome to attend.
The sessions are provided by fully yoga instructor Becky Hampson and are open to people of all ages and abilities.
Becky is qualified to teach baby yoga, children's yoga, adult yoga, pre and postnatal yoga.
She teaches at Twist Lane and Fairfield's Nursery in Leigh and Gymetc in Lowton.

Becky is also a performer, aerialist and fitness instructor which allows her to give unique challenging options as well as light beginner options too.
Fusion Yoga is a blend of hatha and vinyasa yoga for all abilities.
Spinning Gate Centre manager Karen Cox, said: "We are delighted to provide free yoga taster sessions for our shoppers.
"It's the perfect way to try Yoga with no cost.
"Our yoga instructor Becky has been teaching yoga for a number of years and provides a warm welcome to all those who wish to give it a try."
