THE family and friends of a 10-year-old boy walked around 21 miles from Anfield to Leigh to help him to receive potentially life-saving treatment.
Liverpool fan Callum Peers, of Glebe Street, Leigh was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in June 2013.
He suffered relapses in January, 2017, August 2018 and May this year.
The Leigh Central Primary School pupil is having ongoing chemotherapy at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London.
And on Saturday, a group of kind-hearted walkers braved the rain to complete the journey wearing red Jurassic Park-themed t-shirts.

The t-shirts, which combines Callum's favourite colour and likeness for dinosaurs, were designed by Bradley Edwards, who plays a pivotal role in charitable fund Ben's Wish.
In the evening there was a fundraising event at Leigh East ARLFC's base on Ledgard Avenue where there was DJ entertainment and raffle prizes up for grabs.
