Plans have been drawn up
PLANS have been submitted to create nine flats on the first and second floors of a building.
Two floors of Publication House at 14 to 18 Bradshawgate, Leigh would be converted into residential flats if plans are successful.
The application, submitted by Iveagh Properties, is on public consultation until Wednesday, December 11.
