Owen Smith was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday
A MAN who was more than two times over the drink driving limit has been banned.
Owen Smith, of Atherton Road, Hindley was over the limit on December 13 in Wigan.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge on Tuesday at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.

He was disqualified for 18 months which may be reduced by 137 days if he completes a course.
Smith was also fined £350 and told to pay a £35 victim services surcharge fee and £85 court costs.
