A MAN who drove a car while he was banned has been jailed.
James Hadland, of Gleneagles Close, Lowton was behind the wheel while he was disqualified for the fourth time when he was on Market Place in Leigh last August.
The 24-year-old was sentenced for five months and ordered to pay a victim services surcharge fee of £122.
He was also banned from driving for a year.

Hadland was sentenced at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
