Traffic on the M62 eastbound this morning
THE M62 was closed this morning after an accident.
An accident occurred on the eastbound carriageway between junction 10 at Croft and junction 11 at Birchwood shortly after 7.15am, resulting in its closure.
While the motorway was reopened at around 7.30am, delays remain in the area.
Congestion is reported back to junction eight at Burtonwood.
