A WOMAN has been handed an eight-week curfew after assaulting a police officer.
Natasha Wright assaulted the policewoman in Leigh on November 19.
The 25-year-old, of Nelson Street, Stretford, who also caused £600 worth of criminal damage, must pay £100 in compensation.

She appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court yesterday, Monday.
