A Trowbridge dental practice has expanded and taken on new dentists and staff in a £100,000 investment.

Coleman & Starkey, of Timbrell Street, Trowbridge, have added a purpose-built extension to the rear of their surgery.

The practice has also taken on two new dentists, Helen Bartlett and George Lazaridis, and three new dental nurses. It now has ten dental nurses, three dental hygienists and one receptionist.

Mike Coleman founded the practice in April 1990 and was joined by his partner Mike Starkey in 2010.

Mr Starkey said: "The new extension is great and has access at the rear for disabled patients.

"The expansion has created a new energy for the practice, which celebrates its 30th anniversary in April."

The practice has around 4,000 regular patients and a further 2,000 who visit when they have problems, Mr Starkey said.
