AN 11-year-old boy has been convicted of harassment for throwing stones at the windows of a house.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday, February 12.
He attended a property on Valiant Close in Fearnhead on several occasions between August 18 and 21 last year and threw stones at the windows.
At the time of the offence, he was aged only 10.
The boy, from Warrington, admitted harassment during an earlier court hearing.
He was handed a restraining order preventing him from contacting the homeowners for year, as well as three-month youth referral order.
Magistrates also imposed a £21 victim surcharge.
