A MUCH-loved Hoole businesswoman is to close her salon to spend more time with her family after being diagnosed with incurable cancer.

Kimberly Noble, 41, was first diagnosed with breast cancer in October, 2018 at the age of 40, just weeks after getting married to Sean.

Even while she was recovering, having gone through 16 rounds of chemotherapy, 15 rounds of radiotherapy, a mastectomy and having her lymph nodes removed, Kimberly was determined to support other people with cancer.

Once a week at her salon in Brook Street, Hoole, she offered a once-a-week free trim and scalp treatment to encourage hair regrowth to anyone getting their hair back after treatment.

Now after receiving the devastating news that the cancer has returned, and is this time incurable, Kimberly is to close the salon to spend more time with her family.

The dreadful news inspired her older sister Cheryl Jones to start gofundme page in an effort to create special memories. Kimberly herself lost her father when she was just 18 months old so she has no memories of him. Cheryl wants Charlie to have special memories of his mummy.

Cheryl, of Chirk, said: "My lovely baby sister was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 only a month after getting married. She went through all the surgeries and treatments and was told they think they got it all just before Christmas. But she was told last month that it was back. It is in her neck the cancer is incurable.

"My sister has worked hard all her life with her own salon which she is closing down this month to spend time with her little boy Charlie, aged four, and her husband Sean. But because of everyday life that means more pressure on her husband to provide for them."

Cheryl added: "Kim recently opened her salon to cancer suffers free of charge and raised money for charity.

"Kimberly is a sweet girl never done anyone wrong. I just wish for my sister and her family to enjoy lots of special memories together and for Charlie to be able to have his own memories of his mummy.

"Please help me raised some memory money for my beautiful sister and family."

Kimberly, of Hoole, is well-known and loved in Chester, Ellesmere Port and North Wales.

The Bull's Head pub in Great Sutton has donated £100 to the appeal to support the former Whitby High School pupil.

After the launch of the campaign, Kimberly said: "I am amazed how many people have donated who I don't really know.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are all truly amazing and I love you all."
