There have been 65 cases in the borough
THERE have been 65 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the borough, according to the latest Government statistics.
According to the figures released yesterday (Tuesday, March 31) the borough has had 65 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
This is an increase of 12 from the figure of 53 on the previous day.
There are likely to many more people with the virus, self-isolating at home.
Across the UK there have been 25,150 confirmed cases, with 1,789 people having died after having tested positive for the coronavirus.
