A CAR ended up on its roof after a crash on the East Lancs in Lowton.
A two-vehicle collision took place at the East Lancashire Road, near to Church Lane, Lowton on Tuesday afternoon (March 31).
Emergency services were called at around 4.15pm and a vehicle was found upturned.
One person was attended to by paramedics but did not need to go to hospital.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "At 4.14pm on Tuesday, March 31, the technical rescue unit and support appliance from Leigh, and two fire engines from Birchwood and Hindley attended a road traffic collision on East Lancashire Road, Lowton.
"The collision was involving two vehicles. Crews made the scene safe and once casualty was attended to by North West Ambulance Service paramedics.
"Crews were in attendance for approximately thirty minutes."
A North West Ambulance spokeswoman added: "We were called at 4.16pm to a road traffic collision. We attended with one ambulance. The patient didn't need to go to hospital."
