PLANS which were submitted to turn a former nightclub and offices into a house in multiple occupation (HMO) have been withdrawn.
A change-of-use planning application was submitted to Wigan Council to convert the former Bar Eden property on Chapel Street in Tyldesley into an eight-bedroom HMO.
The plans, drawn up by applicant Adam Lipson, were received by the council in January and validated in February.
A neighbourhood consultation took place until March.
In a decision notice issued on April 1, case officer Jon Corcos acknowledged that the planning application had been withdrawn.
