A 23-YEAR-OLD man convicted of assaulting a police officer will appear in court in July.
Shane Evans, of Oak Avenue, Golborne, was found guilty of assaulting a police sergeant in Liverpool on September 20, 2019.
He was due to appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on May 4. The case was adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Evans will next appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on July 14.
