A USA-INSPIRED smoked BBQ business set up in Leigh has been giving free meals to key workers.
Fat Sapper is currently doing the take out side due to the lockdown and is hoping to be going into the town centre later in the year with a restaurant commercial premises.
It offers food concepts ranging from Alabama to Double smoked to Hot and Spicy for Brisket, Steak, Chicken and Wings and very imaginative chips and homemade coleslaws
The business has joined others to help give back to the community and free meals are given out on Saturday nights to frontline key workers on duty.
So far Fat Sapper has supplied free hot meals to Atherleigh Park, Leigh Infirmary, Leigh Police Station, Bedford Care Home, Lyndhurst Care Home and Richmond Care Home.
Fat Sapper said: "The feedback has been really amazing spurring our award winning team to more choices and having been given the Just Eat seal of approval this last week.
