A man has been charged
A MAN accused of driving a car in Astley with drugs in his system while disqualified will appear in court.
Anthony Seddon, of Collet Close, Wigan, is charged with driving a Volkswagen on Manchester Road with cocaine and benzoylecgonin, a metabolite of cocaine, in his system on January 28, 2020.
He is also accused of driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Seddon, 56, will appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on August 24 after the case was adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
