A 21-YEAR-OLD man who has admitted offences including an assault and obstructing a police constable will appear in court next month to be sentenced.
Jordan Andrew Youds, of Crawford Avenue, Tyldesley, pleaded guilty to offences at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Youds pleaded guilty to a charge of assault of a woman. He committed the offence on May 2.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty on May 20.
Youds also admitted to a charge of sending text messages that were grossly offensive, or of an obscene, offensive or menacing character.
The case has been adjourned while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
Youds has been granted conditional bail until his next appearance.
Conditions include not to contact the victim of the assault.
Youds will next appear at the court on Tuesday, July 7.
