A real collector’s item. This is a spare jersey from the 2010 Valvoline Cup final at Knowsley Road [Under 20s]. Made by Puma, with a distinctive thin red vee, it has the distinction of being connected to the last-ever Saints’ match at the GPW Stadium [Knowsley Road]. St Helens beat League Leaders Warrington Wolves 16-34 to ensure they were at home for the final. Yet Wigan Warriors took the spoils by 22-30.
