A NEW housing development on the outskirts of Chester will be launched by appointment only next Saturday.

Taylor Wimpey North West will hold appointments for its Kings Moat Garden Village development, located on Wrexham Road, at 11am on July 11.

While sales executives, Maraline and Abi, have been helping customers remotely through the lockdown period, considerable interest in Kings Moat Garden Village led the homebuilder to launch the show homes.

Ahead of the day, house hunters can book an appointment in order to attend a socially-distanced show home viewing with a Taylor Wimpey sales executive.

Based two miles south of Chester city centre, Kings Moat Garden Village will bring a selection of two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom modern homes to the area.

Stuart Craig, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North West, said: “Restarting construction, remobilising our sales team and launching Kings Moat Garden Village are all significant steps taken recently and we’re really pleased to be in a position to launch the development safely.”

“Interest has been strong since we started on site and appointments are filling up quickly, so we’re looking forward to welcoming people to their new home in Chester.”

Taylor Wimpey was the first UK homebuilder to stop construction on sites and close sales centres in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown restrictions.

The site team returned to construction at the start of May, following Government guidance and operating under a robust set of revised health and safety practices and protocols.

Appointments for viewings of the Kings Moat Garden Village show home are available now and can be booked by contacting the development on 01244 456 532, Kingsmoatgardenvillage@taylorwimpey.com or visit https://www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/kingsmoatgardenvillage.
