A man has been charged
A MAN accused of a racially aggravated assault and criminal damage will appear in court later this year.
Brett Draper, of Oxford Road, Atherton has been charged with assault and racially aggravated assault in connection with an alleged incident on April 14.
He is also charged with causing criminal damage to a Skoda Octavia to the value of £300 and racially aggravated criminal damage.
The case was adjourned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Draper, 30, is due to next appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on September 30.
