STAFF at Warrington Hospital are currently caring for one Covid-19 patient but no one remains in ICU.
The Trust has confirmed that it continues to have the lowest Covid-related inpatient mortality rate for all acute hospitals in the north west.
To date, staff have tested 13,195 (12,165 last week) inpatients/community of which 1,193 (1,192 last week) have tested positive.
They are currently caring for one inpatient who has tested positive for Covid-19, there are no Covid-19 positive patients in ICU.
The Trust has discharged 384 (382 last week) patients and sadly, 136 have died.
There have not been any coronavirus deaths since Thursday, July 9.
Daily average patients through A&E is 218 (216) and for Runcorn Urgent Care Centre is 58 (52)
56 babies were born this week at hospital and at home compared with 49 in the same week last year.
