A 46-YEAR-OLD man who pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour has been fined.
Timothy Brian Cunningham, of Kendal Drive, Clinkham Wood was sentenced at Merseyside Magistrates' Court.
He pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress to another person.
He committed the offence in Whiston on February 4 of this year.

Cunningham was ordered to pay a fine by magistrates.
He was fined £80.
Cunningham was also made to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and also £85 in costs to the Crown prosecution Service.
This makes a total of £197.
