POLICE seized a car which was said to be obstructing the view of a Pelican crossing and was also allegedly being driven without a licence or insurance.
Officers on patrol on Monday morning (September 7) seized this Ford Focus on Lord Street, Leigh where it was allegedly found to be obstructing the view of a Pelican crossing as it was parked on solid white zig zag lines.
Police allege the driver also did not have a licence or insurance to drive the vehicle.
Officers seized the vehicle.
The driver will be summoned to court in relation to all three alleged offences.
