A FORTY-TWO-YEAR-OLD Hindley man will face a Crown Court jury trial next week on charges of dealing Class A drugs.

Michael Kevin Creaby, of Jacob Street, Hindley has been charged with possession of diamorphine (heroin) and crack cocaine with intent to supply on August 22, 2018.

Creaby appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

He pleaded not guilty to both charges.

The case has been sent to Bolton Crown Court for a jury trial.

Creaby has been granted unconditional bail until his scheduled appearance at Bolton Crown Court on Wednesday, September 16.

Meanwhile, Gavin Andrew Bentham, of Thirlmere Road, Hindley is also accused of having heroin and crack cocaine in his possession with intent to supply on August 22, 2018.

Bentham, 25, pleaded not guilty to the charges at Wigan & Leigh Magistrates' Court on August 19.

The case was sent to Bolton Crown Court where Bentham will also next appear on September 16.
