TWO people are in hospital after a dog attack in Leigh.
Police were called shortly after 10.50pm on Saturday, September 12 to reports of a disturbance on Hope Street in Leigh.
Two people were injured by a dog and required hospital treatment.
Officers attended and the dog – a Bulldog – was put down at the scene.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
Road closures were in place on Platt Street due to the incident.
