A FORTY-EIGHT-YEAR-OLD man who admitted to stealing hairdressing items has been sentenced.
Barry Christopher Maguire, of May Street, Golborne appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Maguire indicated a guilty plea to stealing hairdressing items belonging to a woman on June 3, 2019 by finding.
He was fined £80, made to pay a surcharge of £20 to victim services and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £185.
Maguire was also given a 12-month conditional discharge, meaning he will not be sentenced for the theft unless a further offence is committed within the stated period.
