A MAN who breached a non-molestation order three times must undertake rehabilitation activity.
Carlton John Fox, of Norfolk Road, Atherton pleaded guilty to breaching an order made by Wigan Family Court.
In three separate occasions, on May 19, 2019, June 8, 2019 and July 4, 2019 Fox, 32 breached an order which prevented him from going within 100 metres of an address and making contact with a woman.
Fox was given a community order for the breaches.
He must take part in an accredited programme for 24 days and also do up to 20 days of rehabilitation activities.
Fox was also ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.
His guilty pleas were considered upon sentencing.
