Police arrested a 22-year-old man
A TWENTY-TWO-YEAR-OLD man was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a car was stopped by police in Leigh.
Officers on patrol stopped a Ford Fiesta on Green Lane, Leigh on Thursday afternoon (October 15) for a routine vehicle check.
They carried out a preliminary drug wipe for cannabis.
A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs.
The suspect has since been released under investigation.
