THIS fantastic black and white picture of smiling classmates at Bedford High School in 1950 has been submitted to the Journal.
Reader Amy Knowles says the class photograph shows family friend John Kirkham on the second row down, far left.
John, now aged 83, lives at Morley’s Hall Farm, Astley.
Amy tells us he is still a working farmer.
