He pleaded not guilty
A MAN who has denied two charges of threatening behaviour will face a magistrates' court trial in the new year.
Terrance Matthew Jones, of Browning Avenue, Atherton appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
He is accused of on October 12 using threats, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a woman and towards a man, contrary to the Public Order Act 1986.
Jones, 31, pleaded not guilty to the two charges.
He was given conditional bail and is due back at the court on March 15, 2021.
