A MAN who has denied breaching a restraining order will is due back in court next month.
Charlie Boyle, of Hazel Avenue, Swinton, Manchester, is accused of breaching an order by going within 50 metres of a property in Leigh while prohibited from doing so.
Boyle, 22, is charged with two counts of breaching an order by going within 50 metres of a woman's address in Leigh on July 31 this year, while prohibited from doing so by a restraining order issued by Bolton Crown Court in December 2017.
Boyle pleaded not guilty to the charges and was due back at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 19.
The case was adjourned and Boyle will next appear for trial on November 9. He has been remanded into custody until then.
