He will appear back in court
A THIRTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD man who admitted to drink driving in Leigh will appear back in court next month.
Brett Stephen Hackett, of Henry Street, Leigh was due to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 22.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of drink driving.
Hackett drove a Volkswagen Caddy on King Street, Leigh on February 10 with 67 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system, almost twice the legal limit of 35.
Hackett is due to appear back at the court on November 5.
