Works take place this week
THERE is a closure in place for roadworks during this week.
Nel Pan Lane at Westleigh is scheduled to be closed until Friday (October 30) in between Shelley Street and Barrie Street for works to take place.
Works include the installation of a new manhole.
The closure means extra congestion is expected going on to Wigan Rd and Twist Lane as traffic is diverted.
