A HOUSING provider has unveiled its latest development of 43 homes.

One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, has launched its latest development, Hertford Gardens, in Parr.

Boasting a collection of 43 homes available through Affordable Rent and Rent to Buy tenures, Hertford Gardens features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments along with two and three bedroom houses.

Forming part of their ambitious development plan to build nearly 2,000 homes by 2024, OVH says Hertford Gardens will provide much needed affordable housing to the area, including opportunities for families to get onto the property ladder through the Government backed Rent to Buy Scheme.

Rent to Buy allows prospective homeowners to live in a new build home at approximately 20 per cent below market value for a minimum of five years, giving them time to save for a deposit to buy a home in the future.

Hertford Gardens has been built to a high specification with modern living in mind by MCI Developments.

These high quality, affordable homes will go a long way in helping to promote our vision to create a thriving, inclusive community at Hertford Gardens.”
