He was sentenced
A MAN has been given a conditional discharge after admitting to criminal damage and assault.
Brett Draper, of Oxford Road, Atherton, pleaded guilty to causing damage to a Skoda on April 14 to the value of £300.
Draper also pleaded guilty to an assault on the owner.
Draper, 31, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months upon sentencing at Wigan and Legh Magistrates' Court.
This means he will not be sentenced for the offence unless a further one is committed within the 12-month period.
He was also ordered to pay £250 in compensation.
