HERE'S what Leigh Centurions will be wearing on their return to Super League in 2021.

And they have lifelong fan Oliver Wilcock to thank for the look of the home kit after he won the club's design competition, which featured season-ticket holders as judges.

In recognition of Oliver’s success, he will be presented with a framed, signed playing shirt as a guest of the operational board at their first fixture of 2021 – subject to government guidelines.

Centurions owner Derek Beaumont said: “The fans’ engagement in the process was fun and appreciated and, in particular towards those season ticket holders that voted on the designs.

“Congratulations go to Oliver who will no doubt be extremely proud to have been the successful designer of the home shirt, with Ellgren seeing their design win the away shirt choice.

“I would like to thank Jonathan Schofield for Ellgren’s fast turnaround to formalising the designs to suit the sponsors and finer details.”

Shirts will be priced as follows:

Adult sizes – £47

Junior sizes – £37

Both shirts are available for pre-order purchase from the club’s retail outlet at Leigh Market.

A voucher will be provided for each purchase, which can be provided as a gift.

This voucher will be exchanged for a replica when they arrive with the club, which is expected to be the end of January 2021.

Subject to government guidelines at the time, the club will look to run events with the players where shirts can be collected by exchanging the voucher with them.

The retail outlet can be contacted by phone on 07561 862552 or by e-mail on leighretail@leighrl.co.uk and is open from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.
