He was sentenced at the magistrates' court
A DRUG driver has been disqualified from the road for 12 months.
Andrew Ashurst, of Shadwell Grove, Leigh, pleaded guilty at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court.
Ashurst, 39, drove a vehicle on Atherton Road, Hindley Green on July 8, 2020, with a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, an ingredient of cannabis, in his system.
Ashurst was fined £120 and made to pay a £34 surcharge to victim services.
He was disqualified from having a driving licence for 12 months.
