THE owner of a Rottweiler which was dangerously out of control has been given a fine and the dog must be neutered, a court has ruled.
Bradley Riley, of Regent Street, Newton-le-Willows, pleaded guilty to being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control.
The animal, a Rottweiler Cross, was out of control on Regent Street, Newton-le-Willows on September 16 last year.

Riley, 22, was fined £120, made to pay a surcharge of £34 and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, making a total of £239.
The court ordered the Rottweiller Cross must be kept under proper control on a lead by a person aged at least 16 and fitted with a muzzle.
The dog must be neutered within 56 days of being returned to the owner and must be insured for the risk to third parties.
