A MAN who resisted a police officer twice during the execution of his duty has been fined.
Andrew Evans, of Pennine Lane, Golborne pleaded guilty at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court to two counts of resisting a police officer.
Evans, 29, resisted a constable during the execution of his duty on September 7, 2020.
He also committed the same offence on the officer on September 13.
The 29-year-old was fined £80 for each offence and made to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £34 surcharge, making a total of £279.
