NO more coronavirus-related deaths have been recorded at the Royal Bolton Hospital, figures have revealed.
NHS England data shows that 646 people have died at the hospital after testing positive for Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic.
The last death at the hospital linked to the virus happened on Easter Sunday, 12 days ago.
Statistics published at 4pm today found that there have been 34 coronavirus-related deaths across the UK in the last 24 hours.
In Bolton, an extra 20 new cases have been found. Across Britain, 2,596 more cases have been discovered.
In the seven days up to April 11, 126 new cases were logged in the borough. In the week up to that date the rate per 100,000 people in Bolton with coronavirus was 43.8.
That rate continues to fall with the UK average up to April 11 recorded at 28.7.
More than 32.5m people have received a first dose of a vaccine while more than 8.9m have been given a second jab.
