BENTS in Glazebury is making the most of the relaxed Covid rules with four alfresco dining areas for visitors to choose from, including some with lake views.
As part of Boris Johnson's roadmap to release England from lockdown restrictions, people can now meet in groups of up to six to eat and drink outside.
Bents Home and Garden is well prepared with its Lakeside Alfresco Dining area under a heated marquee.
This is the only one that requires booking but guests are promised a new spring menu "bursting with seasonal flavour".
Or if you want a snack and a warm drink you can meet friends at the Alfresco Huts for coffee and muffins.
For those with dogs, Bents has extended its outdoor seating area and taken its Pet Café al fresco – offering a range of sandwiches, home bakes and hot and cold drinks.
There is also Jurassic Cove Alfresco where kids can keep an eye on the dinos at Jurassic Cove Golf while parents can enjoy the lake views. Expect sandwiches, home bakes and refreshments for on the go.
