He will face Liverpool Crown Court
A MAN charged with ABH has appeared at the magistrates' court.
Jordan Murphy, of Liverpool Road, St Helens pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH) at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
Murphy, 28, who is alleged to have assaulted a male on July 30 at an address in Parr denied the charge.
He was granted conditional bail and will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday, May 21.
