The NCP Car Park on Pepper Street, Chester.
POLICE were called to Chester city centre on Monday morning (May 17) after receiving a report concerning the welfare of a woman.
The woman was found at the top of the multi-storey NCP Car Park in Pepper Street at about 10am.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson confirmed police officers present spoke with her and she was subsequently taken to a place of safety.
