A TYLDESLEY man was sentenced at Manchester And Salford Magistrates' Court for offences committed last year.
Ryan Jervis, of Ellesmere Street, Tyldesley, was caught driving his Renault Megane under the influence of cannabis in Leigh on November 11 of last year.
The 26-year-old pleaded guilty and has now been dealt a community order - which involves completing 80 hours of unpaid work in the community over the next year.
Jervis must also complete up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days under the supervision of a responsible officer.
He will also be subject to a driving ban for 12 months.
