A GUNMAN who shot at a house in Bolton has had his 12-year jail sentence reduced.
Earlier this month Lewis Sinclair was jailed for 12 years, plus 27 months on licence, for conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and a separate offence of burgling David Lloyd gyms.
Sinclair, aged 39, of Hazel Walk, Partington, let off six rounds into the windows and doors of a terraced house in Hilden Street, The Haulgh on September 9, 2019 as part on an ongoing feud between drugs gangs.

But at Bolton Crown Court Mark Friend, defending, asked the Honorary Recorder of Bolton, Judge Martin Walsh, to review the sentence, suggesting not enough discount had been given for Sinclair's early guilty plea for the burglaries.
Judge Walsh agreed and Sinclair's sentence is now 11 years and two months with a further 27 months on licence.
