MORE than 600 delegates visited the first Bolton Business Show to be held after lockdown and which had an “overwhelming” response from exhibitors.

The Last Drop Village Hotel in Bromley Cross proved a busy venue with 45 stands there from an array of local businesses.

Organiser Faz Patel from thebestofbolton business marketing and support organisation stated: “A huge thank you to all our sponsors, exhibitors and visitors for attending the show and helping to make it a huge success.

“It was great to see so many new and old faces. We have been overwhelmed with the response and people wanting to re-book for next year’s event.

“As a result, we’ve set a new date already and moved the show to the Bolton Whites Hotel on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.”

Tony Hill from headline sponsor Leisure Guard Security commented: “It was an honour to sponsor the Bolton Business Show and to be a part of such a great event.

“It was great to see so many local businesses and visitors at the show, even more so after the last 18 months.”

Other sponsors were Beyond the Bold for marketing, Zippy Promos for promotion and Tyreoo for parking. Sales Geek sponsored the seminars and Gazelle Embroidery & Print sponsored the goodie bags. The media partner was Bolton FM and the digital promotion sponsor was GB Shared.

Sushma’s Snacks provided the popular refreshments and there were free seminars with speed networking run by Suzy Orr from Unique Ladies Networking.

One exhibitor, Jordan Edwards from Recrul Tech Ltd, said: “We had a fabulous day exhibiting at the show – we met so many incredibly talented and professional people.
