Mark Winstanley
POLICE are still appealing for help in finding a wanted man with links to Leigh.
Officers have issued another appeal for the whereabouts of Mark Winstanley.
The 30-year-old is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his licence.
He is known to have links to the Leigh and Wigan areas as well as Liverpool.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 0161 856 3622.
