A driver and passenger have been described as ‘lucky’ as they were left uninjured after a car crashed into a tree and flipped onto its roof.
At around 11.30pm last night (January 10), police were called to a crash on Hull Lane in Aspull.
A grey BMW collided with a tree causing a branch to fall onto the road while a white Citroen was in collision with a branch from the tree.
